Everything you need to know before you travel

Your journey begins in Singapore by chauffeur pick up from your hotel, residence or airport. Our travel coordinator will then escort you by ferry and car to Batam Airport, where you board our private Seaplane (an amphibious, twin-engine aircraft that can land and take-off both on land and on water). After an 80-minute flight, you will land in water at Bawah Reserve.

Whilst Singapore is the start of the journey for many of our Bawah Reserve guests, there is always an option to travel via Jakarta, Bali, or other destinations in Indonesia.

How To Get To Bawah Reserve

* Please note that transport to and from the resort is charged at $750 USD per person.

We can offer up to three flights per day.

The first flight takes off from Batam Airport at 9:30 am local time. Guests travelling with us from Singapore will be collected from their residence, hotel or airport at 7 am (Singapore time) and escorted to Batam airport.

If you want to join us at Batam, Indonesia you will need to arrive by 8:00 am – currently, Lion Air has a daily direct flight at 6:00 am arriving at 7:45 am which is ideal.  You may also opt to spend one night in Batam and we will collect you via private car from your hotel at 8:00 am the next morning.

On return: we land in Batam at 13:30 pm local time. Arriving in Singapore at 16:45 pm.

Parents must be aware that our suites are designed to accommodate only 2 people. We can add one additional bed per suite for $450/$600 USD per night (dependent on the age of the child). This extra person is not entitled to spa treatments.

We have our Jungle Lodge, whilst not on the beach, this 2-bedroom lodge is perfect for families with younger children.
