1:    VALIDITY

Voucher is valid for 365 DAYS from the purchase date)

2:      TRANSFERS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-refundable. A gift Card is transferable one time only.

3:      GIFT CARD CODE

Your gift card code is located on the original gift card email you received and must be quoted at the time of reservation.

4:      REDEMPTION

To redeem your gift card, please email [email protected]
Bawah Reserve may update the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. Gift card redemption is subject to availability.

5:      CANCELLATION POLICY

Standard cancellation policy applies to bookings made with gift cards.

5:      EXCHANGE RATE

The local exchange rate will be used to calculate your voucher value. For gift cards redeemed at the resort, the exchange rate will be Indonesian Rupiah IDR.
